After graduating from university, she began her career in Tokyo, working in TV commercial research and consulting for major clients across various industries. She then gained experience as a business producer at a leading advertising agency. In 2022, she joined POINTS Group as a project manager. After spending two years in the Japan office, she transferred to Vietnam in the fall of 2024 to deepen her market expertise and take on new challenges. She enjoys exploring Ho Chi Minh City, discovering cafés and bars, and watching films in her free time. She also loves traveling and hopes to visit more Southeast Asian countries, immersing herself in local cultures and incorporating those experiences into her work at POINTS.

Upon graduation from National University of Singapore, Cherie entered a Japanese advertising agency subsidiary before moving on to support the establishment of POINTS.SG in 2016. After spending two years in Silicon Valley tech companies, she returned to PRAP POINTS as a Manager in June 2021. She enjoys reading and playing games during her free time.

Zhiyan graduated from the National University of Singapore with a background in visual arts and management. She began her career as a Concept Artist for local and international animation studios before transitioning into a Visual Communication Executive role, where she designed event visuals for NGOs and gained marketing experience. Since joining PRAP POINTS in 2022, she has grown into a trilingual account manager.

After four years in Japan and graduating from Tokyo International University, Chau began her career in local creative agencies, where she spent three years honing her craft. In 2021, she joined PRAP POINTS Singapore as a project manager, bringing her creative expertise and cross-cultural insights to the team. Passionate about storytelling and creative expression, she enjoys exploring new ideas and perspectives. In her free time, she finds inspiration in films, appreciating the art of storytelling both on and off the screen.

Project Manager by title, storytelling enthusiast by choice. With a marketing degree and a background spanning Vietnam, Japan, and Switzerland, Natalie brings a blend of cultural insights and global perspective to projects at POINTS. She enjoys weaving ideas into words that stick. Off the clock, she’s either reading, sharing Reels, or plotting her next getaway. And yes, Natalie is the team’s unofficial Health Officer - correcting everyone’s postures, pioneering ‘working while standing’, and making sure no one’s back suffers in the name of creativity.

A Multimedia Designer with 6-7 years of experience, constantly jolted awake by crazy creative ideas. Equal parts goofball and perfectionist—Tran love cracking jokes but takes her work seriously. Graduated with honors (and scholarships for 3 years of major, flex alert!) and has worn many hats across different industries. Got a knack for reading and nailing customer insights fast. When she is not designing or tweaking colors, she is probably deep-diving into astrology, horoscopes, or MBTI. Her designs may be limited editions, but creativity? Unlimited.

A junior designer with a background in digital marketing and branding. Mark has studied, graduated and worked in Melbourne as a designer, bringing insights from the Australian design scene and its emerging trends but also developed a strong proficiency in fluent English. Mark always aim for visually appealing and meaningful designs in his work while keeping an analytical mindset, which helps him articulate his design decisions with clarity and purpose. Apart from his work at the office, he enjoy running our office's coffee machine – it’s a hobby that lets him connect with his colleagues and fuel our creativity.

After graduating, Tuoi built her accounting career across various small and medium-sized companies, gaining diverse financial experience. She later transitioned to her current role, where she manages financial operations and compliance. Outside of work, she enjoys reading manga, watching anime, and exploring new places

Ha is a designer with a marketing degree and a résumé that’s taken a tour through event and talkshow agencies. She has a thing for minimalism and illustration—where less is more, but details are everything. Off the clock, she’s either sketching, devouring BL novels, or getting her hands messy with clay art—because creativity doesn’t stop when the laptop shuts.
