About Our Client
I-PRIMO is a premium bridal jewelry brand from Japan, known for its expert craftsmanship, service rooted in Omotenashi, and a lineup of over 200 ring designs. With quality and tradition at its core, the brand offers more than jewelry – I-PRIMO is devoted to once-in-a-lifetime moments and lifelong support for customers.
The Challenge
Renowned in Japan as a bridal jewelry brand, but when I-PRIMO made way into Singapore in 2022, the brand entered a saturated market, already filled with well-established brands.
Our mission was clear: to help them stand out as a top-of-mind choice for bridal jewelry, and as a trusted partner in customers’ journey to find ‘the one’ ring.
We were put to the task of:
(1) Growing I-PRIMO’s social media presence in Singapore
(2) Positioning the brand as a thoughtful and trusted bridal companion, the one that gets what couples need

To make that happen, we rolled out a consistent content plan with thoughtful day-to-day management, encompassing these areas:
